If your pig has parasites under the skin, it will need
ivermectin shots in a series of 3 shots about 10 days
apart to take care of any eggs that might be hatching
out. 
The only products that might work topically would be
on lice that you can see in the fur. It looks like
little white worms. I've always used Peter Gurney's
herbal treatment for lice and for fungus.
