Hi Vanessa and Skittles,
If your piggie is bleeding from her bottom,
please get her to a Vet as soon as you can.
>From what I have learned, if a piggie is
bleeding from "down there", it could be very
serious. It could be a Urinary Tract Infection
(UTI) or even worse, Bladder stones. But, I'm
not a Vet, so I don't want to jump to any
conclusions. My Brownie Bear was also bleeding
from her bottom and she was misdiagnosed as
having a UTI, but the true cause of the bleeding
was bladder stones. My Bear also didn't seem
like she was sick, she was just as Perky as
could be. But, occasionally she would softly
whine when she pee'd, so you might want to watch
Skittles for a long while (especially when
she pees), and see if she's showing any signs
of discomfort when she relieves herself. I
really hope Skittles is okay. Please keep us
posted.

       Love 'n Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeps,
          Leah...Slave to Brownie Bear :-)

Hi all!
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with this
question--my little girl, Skittles, seems to be
bleeding very
slightly from her bottom. She is very active, playful
and popcorning everywhere, eating well and drinking a
fair bit, as she always has. This doesn't seem to be
affecting her at all, it is however, scaring me! If
anyone has ever had this happen with their gp, or
knows anything that can help, please drop me a line,
or send thru here-
thank you so much
Vanessa and Skittles
