I also use an air purifier.  I use the Holmes air purifier & air ionizer, probably the same one as Alge as it is the second size up also.  I Keep one running in the room where my girls are and have others in the house as I seem to have problems with my roommates long hair cats, and now that we are  using the wood stove, the dust.  I am always amazed at the dust that settles in the filters and so quickly too.  Hope this helps and good luck.
