[Gpdd] ANNOUNCEMENT: Subscription disabled?

Hi All,

GPDD Admin has been getting a number of e-mails from people that suddenly
stopped getting the GPDD. This usually happens when the GPDD is sent to
your mail server, and it is unable to be delivered: either your mailbox is
full, you have a Spam filter configured incorrectly, or your Internet host
is the victim of a malicious attack (Denial Of Service).

It's important that you check your "Subscription Options" page once in
awhile, to make sure your subscription is enabled, that you are in Digest
or Topics mode, and any other detail you may want for your subscription.

A GPDD is sent every day; even if there is only one message, a GPDD will be
sent out. So if you don't get a copy for a few days, it's an indication
something is wrong. GPDD Admin doesn't find out about subscription problems
until an account is disabled. Usually the message sent to us is "mail
refused", "Mailbox full" or "no such account". It is futile for us to send
a notification out if we know it won't get through!

There is no work-around to this other than commuunication: you need to keep
an eye on things on your end, and if you suspect a problem, drop us a note.

The GPDD Team
