Carla and Leah and All,

My guys have new (sort of new) cuddle cups too tho one seems to be used as a
public "facility," shall we say. Mr. Cooders keeps his very nice but there is
just him in his cage. The two younger piggies share the other cage and tho
it's large they're more crowded.
By strange mental coincidence, Carla, I did find some piggy-sized fleece
blankets (contact me for info/ they arrived in today's mail) and thought I
might line the cuddle cups (beds, as wheee call them) with them and shake them
out every few hours. At least one of he two piggies in that pair is a (shhh!)
bed-wetter. The fleece blankets are adorable, so I've sacked that idea. They
should cuddle in them. (Still, I don't know how many times their little beds
will survive the washer and dryer)
Ahem.... Should I tell? I just ordered a package of those heavy flannel
lap pads that are used with infants. Then I can take out the wet one and put in
a dry one and their little beds will stay fresh and dry. (One is the worst but
the 2 piggies switch beds all the time. So I don't know the culprit but
suspect it may be the one who has several times emptied his bladder on me.)
They do figure 8's around the cuddle cup/beds - Ebeneezer throws himself
into one on his side then popcorns up and around they go again -- sometimes
thru the beds rather than around them. They really love them. I was amazed. Mr.
Cooders used his as a bed, a lounge, whatever.
Also, somewhere in my file I had the name and email address of a woman
who actually did custom piggy clothes. Nice and full in the hind section so
they wouldn't bind. If anyone wants that address contact me and I'll try to find
it and see of the woman is still doing these. They were really cute.
Here tents are a good gift choice, especially now that cat has tried
to appropriate the piggies' existing tent. He can only get head and front
legs into it and he runs crashing around the room that way. And the crazy cat
loves it!! (I've had to put it back together several times now.)
Pigs are disturbed and indignant and I don't blame them.

Very late -- will close. Have fun shopping! And keep recommending! It's the
people here that have pointed me in the direction of all these things -- except
for the flannel -- dare I say it? -- "pee pads"!

Alge
