What an awful experience at Petsmart!  I agree about calling Humane
Society but also I would report to BBB if they take complaints of these
kinds.  It would be great if you could put an editorial in your local
paper or even better yet get one of your new stations to do a piece.  I
know our news stations love that kind of stuff.  Good luck! There should
be absolutely no tolerance for the abuse of innocent animals!
