RE: PigAir Charter 11/16

Just a reminder to all employees that PigAir Charter 11/16 will depart from
Grand Rapids, MI at 9 PM tonight. Please make sure that completed
pre-boarding tasks are completed by 8:30 PM when Senior Pig Captain Blizzard
will begin the pre-flight check:

In-flight Food Service – Ground Crews, food will be delivered to the flight
by 7:30 PM. Delivery is from Penny Giggles Farm. Make sure all stations are
completely stocked with backup provisions easily accessible via the baggage
compartment. Baggage Handlers, please note that accessible food storage is
the number one priority! Cabin Attendants, note that all performers are to
be “comp’d” drinks while in concert.

In-flight Entertainment – Cabin Crews to note that three rows of seats have
been removed from directly behind First Class Seating to provide space for
the live entertainment. Baggage Handlers will move required musical
instruments to this area upon receipt. Cabin Attendants to check all in-seat
audio/video displays and headsets for defective equipment replacement. Lead
movie to be “Carrot Wars” (the Captain’s favorite!)

Cabin Prep – Cabin Crews, please note that seat 21A of the Boars Only
Section is reserved for the Senior-most Pig, Prince. Please place the GPDD
seal on his headrest and make sure the “blankie of honor” is on the seat.

Flight Deck Crews – Verify installation and working condition of the Santa
One Time-travel Flight Controller! Verify Flight Crew Official Fridge is
stocked with Carrot Coolers, Cranberry Crushes and fresh cilantro. No
mess-ups this time, it’s going to be a long trip!

Thank you for all your good work. Together we will get this most important
flight to the Great Western Ocean off in a most timely fashion!
