[Gpdd] health. plastic bag

I have an urgent issue.  I noticed this morning that my nephew left the 
plastic bag of baby carrots next to the pigs' cage last night.  they ate about an 
square inch of the bag...i have been giving them lots of hay hoping this will 
help the bag pass through.  May seems fine, but Guss is a bit lathargic, but i 
also just started her on antiobiotics for an ear infection two days ago...so 
it could be the medicine making her lazy.  Any advice??
