Josh,
Sounds like your pig could have mites, or possibly
ringworm (which is a micotic infestation-not an actual
worm- that is contagious to humans). It's best to take
your little guy to the vet so they can get some skin
cells to look at under the microscope...then they can
tell if it's mites or ringworm. For mites, they
usually give something like Frontline or Revolution to
put on the scruff of the neck (just like for a cat or
dog). For ringworm, it will depend on how much it has
spread if your piggy needs just a cream like Nystatin
or some kind of oral medication. Make sure you wash
your hands after handling your pig, just in case.
