Your piggie is spitting in his bottle! 
My Tass does the same thing, I thinks it's like he's washing out his mouth as 
he seems to do it when he's just eaten. We joke that he's flavouring the 
water.
It's nothing to worry about it just means your have to pay special attention 
when cleaning his bottle.
