Totally agree with the eudoramail.com as a good place to have a mail acct.

I've been using Eudora Pro since it first came out and have never had a
problem. Easy to configure too.   

I found a link which I posted tonight  for folks with Mac and Hotmail as I
got a few questions on those.  Needless to say I don't have either, so went
looking for some help.  I hope your info on AOL will assist someone.

We use Outlook at work  so I can normally get those folks squared away.  

Most are very similar and you just have to go looking and not changing
stuff till you are sure and of cause ALWAYS WRITE DOWN all the things you
change,  in case you have to put it back.....happens
