[Gpdd] HEALTH: Vit. C

Alge...I feed mine 1/4 of a 100mg chewable GNC Vit. C tablet.  It might take
new ones here a couple of wheeks to decide they like it, but they keep
getting one offered every day.  I think I probable spend $9 for a bottle of
360, which lasts me 6-7 months with my gang.   The important thing with any
vit. C you buy is to always keep it in the opaque bottle it comes in and
keep the cover on when not in use to prevent the Vit. C from breaking down
(which happens on exposure to light/air).
