Hi!
Before you chuck the water bottle you have... make sure you are filling
it properly. You have to fill it so full... the water bubbles over,
makes a rise or a convex arc over the lip of the bottle where the cap
screws in. Then as you are putting the cap on...carefully put pressure
on the sides of the bottle, so even if water is lost, more is going up
into the cap... and air is not getting into the bottle... Quickly flip
the bottle over before releasing your grip on the sides of the bottle,
not enough to drop it on the floor.
Then as an extra precaution... fiddle with the ball bearing at the end
of the spout... so water is dripping on your finger.... sometimes the
vacuum can keep the bearings up into the spout and the piggies can't
then drink. This should help you out... You want to create a vacuum,
which is what keeps it from dripping a large amount... It may drip a
tad when you first put it in, due to the outside of the water bottle
being wet.. or just a few preemptive drips so the water bottle creates
more of a vacuum.
Take care,
LJ
