Hi Beki.  Sorry to hear about your guinea pig having ringworm.  I can't imagine trying to give a guinea pig a pill. 
If you can get ahold of it, Mane & Tail has a shampoo out called Pro-tec. It is used for fungus, ringworm, and other skin problems.  I couldn't find it in my area so I used Nizorel shampoo.  It cleared up my pig within a week.
