Hi,

Thanks to those who complimented my guinea-daughters. They're
even cuter in real-life! :D

I have a veggie-question. Should carrots be given in moderation?
Also, someone mentioned parsley is really high in calcium. Is
this true?

This is what I feed my two 9-month-old guinea pigs everyday
(everything on this list in the morning and everything on the
list again at night)
-2 romaine lettuce leaves (or more if they're small leaves)
-half a carrot
-a piece of green or red pepper, approx 2.5" x 2" in size
-a few pieces of parsley
-sometimes a piece of apple or orange
-occasionally a slice of tomato

They also get tons of timothy hay and around 1/2 a cup of Cavy
Cuisine timothy pellets every day.

Is this a safe diet?

Many many thanks.
