You might want to try soaking her feet in a mixture of Epsom salt and warm water 2 - 3 times a day.  When my first baby, Piglet, developed foot problems, my vet suggested this.  It seemed to work.  They did come back, however, and a prescription medication was then added to the routine.  Good luck.  Even though they don't complain, foot problems are very painful for piggies.  Make sure his cage is DRY.
