Your sentiments are echoed here! Those who went out
of their way to help those little piggies find good
and loving homes deserve far more than we can offer,
but somehow I think they will find it. :D
But what you hinted at really had not occurred to me
til now, but of course you are right. OMG The thought
of  anyone tossing any living creature into a dumpster.
It makes me want to sit by dumpsters to guard them!
Perhaps if we make this situation very public people
will be more observant. Why can't we put up signs at/on
every dumpster warning folks not to put live animals
into dumpsters, listing instead a local or 800 number
to call for rescue. Sure, it sounds like a lot of work,
but who wouldn't pitch in to help out if we can prevent
this from continuing? Maybe someone would help with a
reward for reporting anyone who violates this, too.
Can any of you picture YOUR piggie in a dumpster?
