You need to take her to the vets, normally it isn't necessary, but if it
keeps happening then it is serious. She may have a calcium deficiency, your vet
can advise you on how to increase calcium in her diet.
If she never has a full set of teeth then she can't be eating properly so
buy some cheap kitchen scales so you can weigh her regularly and keep an eye on
her weight.
You need to find out how she is breaking her teeth. Could she be falling off
a ledge and as her jaw hits the ground her teeth break? Do you have any
young children in the house who might be accidently dropping her or hurting her?
Does she have a cage-mate she could be fighting with?
