I hate dust as well! I try to find a bag without much dust, I usually buy 
the Sun Seed Sunthing Special. It's sun cured timothy hay - junior bales. It 
does have dust but just at the bottom, when it's almost empty. I also use 
the cubes, but usually offer those as a treat. As for using the cubes 
instead of the hay, I don't think I would, just because my pigs like to eat 
the hay more than the cubes.
