[Gpdd] Conern : Hoarse pig, crazy pig

I have 2 piggies
The baby Gizmo is a tad over 3 months--when he tries to squeek--it sounds like he is very hoarse--like he's having trouble...also--it does not appear that he's gaining any weight
The second on Tater Tot---has started to beat up on his water bottle---he tugs and grabs, and bangs it--
Any advice
