[Gpdd] [HEALTH]: Strange noise by guinea pig

I have a question about a noise that my guinea pig has
just recently started making.  It sounds like a human
tongue-clicking noise that is fairly loud.  He has
made this noise once or twice per day within the last
couple of days. It scares me because I don't know if
it is a sign of a health problem, or if this is a
normal guinea pig noise.  He doesn't seem to be in any
pain, and it doesn't sound like a sneeze or cough.  It
honestly sounds like a loud tongue-clicking sound. We
are using a divider in the cage because Jasper and
Kieran are not getting along anymore.  Is this noise
perhaps a sign of dominance or anger?  I'm fairly new
at this, so any advice would be greatly appreciated!
