Dear Ana-Luisa:
 
I empathize with your mite issue.  We just went through this in our  house.  
I don't think I will ever know if I was completely  successful.  Mites are 
insidious to say the least.  As far as floor  time goes, if the bunnies are being 
treated, I would not hesitate to give them  the exercise they need.  I gave 
my boys their floor time when they were  being treated with no ill effects.
