[Gpdd] MISC: Parachute Piggie

	Hi again,

	I received a response from the Dean of Students at IUB, and I thought I 
would share it with you. I appreciate everyone taking the time to write - I 
know this is a busy season and all, but piggies deserve happiness too! :) 
So thank you and let's keep writing to the people in charge and hopefully 
we can make a difference!

	Here is what I received:

Thank you for your note. The IU Code of Student Rights, Responsibility,
and Conduct does provide for disciplinary action in cases such as the
incident you mentioned. Federal law also prohibits universities from
releasing specific disciplinary information related to a named student.
Our police have identified those responsible and appropriate action will
be taken.

	Trina, what can we do to help get specific anti-guinea-pig abuse laws 
passed in other States? If you could share the process with us, it would be 
very helpful!!!! (and YAY, you!) :)
