Hi slaves and piggies,

I hope everyone and every pig had a great holiday and the piggies received their secret santa gift in time for Christmas. If not, I sure do hope they receive them Monday. Better late than never.

I am a little behind in my readings of the digest so I am trying to catch up. I was a busy slave preparing for the holidays and my pigs couldn't wait for Christmas, wheeking and nagging me for them to open up their gifts. But I told them they had to wait like the rest of us. Of course, my dog couldn't wait, she sniffed through the presents and found her bag of Bonz treats and ripped it open, though she couldn't actually get in the bag itself, so I had to rewrap it and put it up high. Those Australian Shepherds are pretty smart when it comes to stuff like that. I do believe the pigs were trying to get her also to open up their gifts too so they can take a peek, but my dog was afraid she'd get in trouble for opening up a gift that wasn't hers.

I hope everyone enjoyed this years secret santa pig and I am looking forward to it again next year.

I send my condolences to all who have lost a beloved furbaby. It upsets me to know one has passed over to Rainbow Bridge and leaving their loved one behind. Even though I don't always write to someone that has lost a beloved pig, I do read them and say a little prayer for them.

I am wishing each and every one (and pig) of my fellow GPDD'ers a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year in 2005! I have learned so much from all of you, even love the little stories of your pigs. Just wanted to tell you all thanks for being there and making this a great place.

Lisa
