Jessica,

For Twitchy Baby to be scratching that much - it sounds like mites. They
are pretty common - so don't get upset. You'll need to take him to an
Exotic Vet, and get him some Ivormectin. It's done in 3 doses, 10 days
apart. The vet may give the first as a shot. But they can also give it to
you mixed with cherry syrup, so you can give it to him orally. Piggys love
the syrup - and instead of medicine, they think it's an awesome treat.

If he is itching that badly, the vet may also want to give him some liqued
Benedryl. It helps them stop itching from the inside out. Don't use human
benedryl - the vet has special versions made just for piggys. Human stuff
can make him very sick.

Keep an eye on him.

If he's scratching that bad, he could give himself a seizure. If that
happens don't panic - just give him a piece of melon when it ends. He will
be fine.

Welcome to the world of Piggy Love! These little Angels never fail to make
you smile!
