Hi Justine, Honey, and Lady,
How is Lady's scratching problem doing? I am re-reading your post today and I realized that the consistency of my GPs urine, as well as the color sometimes varies. Sometimes it is a whitish color, which is some kind of residue which my vet says is normal. Today it was clear and watery and all over my floor, probably because they got some extra veggies.
I haven't had experience with a guinea pig becoming more shy, but maybe since Lady doesn't know you as well and so might run and hide, Honey might just copy this behavior, out of instinct or whatever. With my two, it's like if one is startled and jumps or starts to run away, which is usually a loud and noisy affair, it will freak the other one out so much that she will start running too.
