Crystal, there can be loads and loads of other things wrong with Spike 
besides teeth and impactions and upper respiratory illnesses. He should have some 
bloodwork done and possibly a radiograph (xray) or two, if he hasn't had these 
already. A good vet will do it. Insist on it!
