[Gpdd] Health: Lice?

Hello fellow guinea pig slaves!

I have a question, i was wondering if my frodo has lice, he has little 
things in his fur that sort've look like dry skin, i might just be dry skin 
but i'm not sure. he seems to be itching alot, if it is dry skin then would 
giving him a bath help?
