Great advice, Renee--the only thing I can add is to go on www.oxbowhay.com for Cavy Cuisine timothy-based food & their Timothy hay. No idea what the shipping would be to SA, or if they can even ship overseas, but it might be worth a look-see & an email to the company. I use both their products & they're the best. deb & Potter
