[Gpdd] Announcement: PigPals is back at CavyMadness

After a long hiatus, the PigPal program has started anew with a very
enthusiastic coordinator and a better approach. For those of you who are not
familiar with PigPals, it is a pen-pal style mentoring system started in
2000 at CavyMadness.com. Mentors and beginners fill out online forms, and
are then matched by Trina Pelham, the new coordinator. Mentors and beginners
then email each other, and many people have started lasting friendships
through the program!
