FW: [Gpdd] Health: Vitamin C supplements, please help!!

My exotic vet said the liquid vitamin C you put in water doesn't last long 
enough.  He suggested that I buy powdered vitamin C at a health food store.  
I sprinkle a pinch every day on a green pepper slice.  Works great.
