[Gpdd] [Health] fungal infections or mites

I thought my guinea pig originally had mites but now I am thinking they have a fungal infection.  My one guinea pig is scratching himself open all over.  He has sores mostly on his neck, and on top of his head.  The one on his neck is bare.  My other guinea pig has no hair by his mouth.  I have been giving ivermectin for 3 weeks, going to be 4 weeks tomorrow.  Someone recommended Mane & Tail Pro tect shampoo and someone else recommended Nizoral and Lotrimin or Lamisil cream.
Any suggestions?
