[Gpdd] ANNOUNCEMENT: Birthday celebration in OK

In case your calendar wasn't marked, yesterday was Lil' Whistle's
First Birthday! (one month, that is!) And a healthy bouncing boy he is!
Lil' Whistle was treated by being taken 'out to dinner' by his parents,
Snowy and CocoPuff (now Mr & Mrs Puff), and slave Susi. LW enjoyed
appetizers of PiggieRibbs and ParsleyPuffs, followed by a full buffet of
assorted greens and reds, garnished with orange, red and more green.
This was accompanied by a mixture of timothy and alfalfa, as well as
a special pellet mixture.  The festivities were set off by Piggie Parade,
in which LW was the Pig of Honor, all piggies wearing their party hats.
The party goers also enjoyed a brief Snow Sculpture in the shape of
a Piggie and a movie.  Afterward (and during) they had Pig Races and
Pig Games.  Daddy Puff tried one last stunt to entertain the guests,
a daring backflip into the front room of the family condo, but failed to
land on his feet (no feline blood here!).  After a brief inspection he was
pronounced fit and fine, to which all toasted him with another round of
treats before bedtime.
LW also enjoyed a bedtime story from atop slave's shoulder. This gave him
an excellent vantage point from which he could watch mum and dad down
in slave's lap, as well as keeping a wary eye on the tv (lest one of those
scary critters escape it!).  With sleepy eyes and protests, all trundled off
to bed and dreamy piggie dreams.  (after, of course, saying their Piggie
Prayers in which they kindly remember all Piggie and Slave friends alike)
