What is "bumblefoot" exactly? It doesn't sound good, and if it is preventable, I sure don't want my piggie getting it-he would NOT appreciate having his foot soaked, I'm sure! My condolences to everyone who has lost a precious piggie recently-they are members of your family, and when well-meaning friends or family say "well, it was just a guinea pig", it hurts worse, because they don't understand that they are family members, and will never be forgotten.
