Hi Brandy,
I don't have experience with itching, although I have had to treat parasites on my pigs when I first got them. According to Peter Gurney, the guru of guinea pigdom, itching is commonly due to either a parasitic or fungal infection. I'm not sure if it will help you, but he also suggests several natural treatments for various conditions. Of course, if it persists, then you may want to find a vet knowledgable in guinea pig care.
