Daisy,
          I read on a forum that I belong to that if you get some anti fungal shampoo{I used Nizoral} and shampoo them every other day that it takes care of the problem. The person who said this is a breeder and know lots about piggies...he has like 71 of them. I have read that a fungal infection usual starts around the nose or face area so it sounds like thats what it could be.
