Julia, Cocoa and Patch,
I would think concrete would be like brick which gives them plenty of grip as well as keeps their nails trim. Although, I would bet that all piggies appreciate a soft surface to rest on as well. Carpet sounds comfortable, although I wonder what it would be like to keep clean. Perhaps you could do half and half.
