Hi Nicola!  I have never experienced this problem as of yet thankfully.  But I would suggest you call the vet and ask for pain medication.  Pigs begin to eat faster when they are not in pain or stressed.

Has she ate anything yet?  I would also suggest you give her extra vitamin C.
