[Gpdd] [HEALTH] ear troubles

Hello, my guinea pig Pierre has been constantly dipping his head to the side 
so that his left ear is facing the ground. He looks like a person trying to 
get water out of their ear. Then he lays his head on the cage bottom on his left 
side. Pierre goes through this process repeatledly. I am not quite sure if he 
may have an ear infection or sometning along those lines...? But if you know 
anything about why he may be doing that please let me know!
