[Gpdd] [Rescue] rescue transport

Hi Lauren,

I would like to organize a rescue railroad in New
England after a dump earlier this month of 40+ cavies
at the Concord NH SPCA.  

I've been out of the rescue loop for a while so I
don't know if there are any other regional railroads
in place.
