I have used myself Nizorel shampoo.  You bathe your pig and pull out the hair where the ringworm is.  Sounds cruel but it is for the best.  Rinse pig and shampoo again.  Do this twice the first week, then weekly until all the ringworm is gone.  You can also use the Miconazole in between the baths.
