Hey Brandi,
To answer your question, I don't give
B-Bear cucumbers anymore. There was a
bit of discussion about giving cucumbers
to stone piggies a while back, and most Vets 
would say that they're okay, but there were 
some experts that said they weren't okay. So,
at first, I cut back on the cukes, and
then eventually, I just stopped giving
them to her (mainly because the store
that I get my organic veggies from hasn't
been carrying them). Now, in addition to
her pellets (Oxbow Cavy Cuisine) and 
timothy/orchard grass/sweet meadow hay,
she gets red/green leaf lettuce, green
peppers, a baby carrot (once a wheeek or less),
and a cherry tomato (once a wheeeeek or less).
She only gets the cherry tomato and carrot
once a wheeeek (or less) because they are 
higher in calcium.

I've never tried red bell peppers, but it
sure sounds Tasty. And you already know
that Brownie has never had clover either--like
your spoiled little Dash (she's so jealous now).

write to the Digest before I catch the 'ole 
commuter bus...
