I think you should take her to the vet. Wheezing sounds are signs of respiratory problems, to which guinea pigs can succumb to quickly if not treated early. The yellow pages should have the names of some exotic vets, just make sure they have experience with guinea pigs. In the meantime, make sure she is getting enough fluids. Try mashing up some of her pellets in water or cranberry juice and feed it to her through a syringe (the kind they sell at pet stores for feeding baby animals). Best of luck.
