Julie & Lauren-
When I read that the first thing I thought of was something is itching
or irritating the paw. I would check for the cause, but of course you
have to do something to stop it as well.  We used that Bitter Apple
last year when our dog had stitches. It seemed to work, but he didn't
really seem that interested in biting them anyway.
