I use black plastic garbage bags (the kind for outside use), the bigger
the better. it is easier and lighter to deal with. so I put down the
garbage bags and making sure that they overlap and running them up about
one to 2 in. on the sides. next I line with towels, also making sure
that they overlap and run up about one to 2 in. on the sides to
completely cover the black plastic. and I built the padding up with a
variety of sheets or blankets - mostly flannel or fleece (got them at
the thrift store). I usually only have to change the sheets/blankets
about every three days. I don't usually have to change the
towels/garbage bags, and they really like it a lot.
