Dear friends of guinea pigs.I know a leash sounds cool.But please don't use them.I lost my first guinea pig on a leash.Scooter got tangled in the leash and died.Guniea pigs don't walk like cats or dogs they usually freeze up.I did not know not to take the pigs out without supervision.I now take my ipg out and take a blanket to toss on them if they try to run.I now have three pigs that don't run they love to go out and sit by the porch in summer.So PLEASE don't use that leash!!!
