Just had to acknowledge our little Butterscotch.
We (myself and 3 children) just became parents on Oct 26/2004 to 3 of
the cutest little piglets you ever did see. After the initial shock of
full grown babies with hair and eyes open - I thought I should check out
the internet for info on baby guineas. I found Gpdd and subscribed. We
named only one so far and it was Butterscotch (I saw the name on the
site and immediately loved it). On Saturday just 4 days later, my son
came running to tell me Butterscotch was not moving. I checked her out
and she was still warm. I did notice that earlier that morning the mom
(Guinea) and the other two piglets (unnamed as of yet) were weeking
differently and I wondered what was up............. Could anyone tell me
what could have happened? The other two are fine. And once I removed
Butterscotch the weeeekking in the cage changed back to normal.
