A good bladder stone information site is http://guinealynx.info/stones.html.
There are links to nutritional and other information, and it looks like
bluegrass is comparable to timothy hay in calcium content, possibly slightly
lower.

Many pigs have to have surgery for their stones, but there is also an herbal
treatment available called Shilintong which can relax structures in the urinary
tract and allow the pig to pass the stone on his own, without surgery. A few
pigs on the list have used this treatment. However, only your vet can say for
certain (depending on whether or not the stone is small enough to pass and
other factors) if trying that treatment is right for you and your pig.
