I found that my pet store will order anything I want. 
They make such large orders that they don't pay as
much for shipping, and when i asked the owner of my
local pet store if she could get some in (they already
had other Oxbow products), a lot of people ended up
buying it.  They now put it on their regular order,
though it seems they sell out quickly.

Perhaps you could see if your local pet store would be
willing to order some in for you.
