Hi Lauren,
It is recommended for hypocalcemia that 25mg Calcium Lactate capsules be used.  I also know some people that uses Tums as supplements or alfalfa.
Is Piggie a satin by chance?  I would definitely have Piggie checked out by the vet and have her x-rayed to be certain of the cause.  Like someone else said, it could be a number of things.
